    Description

    Vintage lot of 2 A & W Root Beer Mugs with target/bull's eye logo from the 50-60's.  The small child's/sample mug is in excellent condition and I don't think was ever used has a clear Red bull's eye logo in silk screen design.  The large heavy mug has scuffs on the bottom edge from use but no chips or cracks.  I worked at A&W for a couple of summers and was presented with these mugs when I left.  So the 10 oz mug was used in service at the drive in restaurant.  I determined the 10 ozs by filling it to the top brim with water I guess that is how it is measured.  I think the mugs were manufactured by the Indiana Glass Co.  The 4 circle red logo mug has 3 dimples in the back of the mug and 14 flutes around the mug starting at the handle.  Please see pictures for description and measurements as both collectible mugs are being sold as is and were stored in my smoke free house for many years.
