This is an official BSA uniform shirt.  The size is youth medium but it's really small
It does not have any patches and doesn't look like it ever had any.
It does show some wear, not a lot.
There are three small spots on the back (see last photo).  Not a problem for any boy going camping, but the wife would find them objectionable.
