TEST RESULTS
The defibrillator unit is new, open box. It does have some signs of wear from storage, but the attached D-Pad has never been opened or used. We powered the defibrillator on and it worked.
The case alarm looks fully intact on visual inspection, but the alarm needs a new battery. We used a tester battery to make sure the alarm and light both functioned, and they do.
COSMETIC DEFECTS
DEFIBRILLATOR IS NEW CONDITION, NO BOX. IT HAS BEEN STORED IN THE CASE AS IT WAS MOVED FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION SO THERE ARE A FEW SCRATCHES AND SCUFF ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT ALL VERY MINIMAL. THE INSIDE OF THE DEFIBRILATOR IS PRISTINE, WITH THE ORIGINAL D-PAD INCLUDED AND COMPLETELY SEALED.
CASE SHOWS VERY LIGHT SIGNS OF WEAR INCLUDING SCUFFS, SCRATCHES, ETC AND THE EMERGENCY LIGHT CASING IS CRACKED SLIGHTLY FROM PREVIOUS USE.
THE PROTECTIVE AIRWAY MASKS ARE UNOPENED AND IN THEIR SEALED STERILE PACKAGING, WHICH SHOWS NO WEAR OR DAMAGE.

Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. It will be sent with a signature on delivery within 2 business days and we will upload the tracking number. We have added a few expedited FedEx options as well.
Any item purchased by 1 P.M. Pacific Standard on a business day will be shipped the next day. If it is purchased after that time it will be shipped the next business day.
Warranty
This item has been thoroughly inspected, tested, and comes with our 30-day warranty policy which covers Hardware related issues. The warranty begins on the day the item is delivered. If you are experiencing any Software
issues please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you. Any liquid damage, abuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty and will void your warranty. If your device was opened, repaired, or upgraded by you or any third party this will also void your warranty. The device must be returned in the same condition that it was received. We have the option to repair, replace, or refund. Please contact us within the 30-day period to report any issues.
