Has wear, scuffs and scratches to finish as woud be expected for pre-owned items. Rust/rusty finish with pitting. Little oil residue from lube to improve workability. Couple itty bitty spots of paint. Some settled dirt from storage.  Ready to use or collect.  Photo of each side for condition viewing. Sells EXACTLY as pictured.
