Authentic Special Fillmore East concert program for two separate engagements.
The first being the infamous New Years Eve and Day's only live performances
of Jimi Hendrix's A Band Of Gypsys featuring Jimi Buddy Miles and Billy Cox.
These 4  shows at the Fillmore East, wound up being the only (Jimi had problems
at a MSG concert) concerts this fantastic band played….Fortunately these now
legendary shows
were
recorded and later released for all to hear just how great this
band was.
This
program is also for nights with the Grateful Dead' on January 2nd and 3rd.
This program has 24 pages and measures 5.5 X 8.5 and is like a 60's time capsule
featuring many
interesting
period advertisements in it.
The program is over 48 years old and was folded at one time and still has the fold
mark and is priced
accordingly.other than the fold this program is in really good shape,
no ink,tears or soiling.
This
program was handed out at the Fillmore East in New York City
when entering
the theatre on the night of the concert.It's important that as a collector,
you know
you're getting an authentic item.

PS I spent many memorable nights at the Fillmore East. It was a very special theatre,
where I was fortunate enough to witness some of the most incredible concerts that I
have ever seen in my life. To those that went there….You know what I am talking about :)
I will never forget that magical time, a time (especially in music) that we will never see
the likes of again.
