    This is an original concert poster printed to promote the Gov't Mule show in New York Sep 30 1999. This poster was designed as Hillary Clinton was on her famous 'Listening Tour' before she announced her candidacy for the US Senate. Thus the tag line along the bottom to 'Check out THIS Listening Tour!'. Also he's wearing a 'Mule Party' button that states 'We Inhale', an allusion to Bill's comment that he tried Marijuana but he didn't inhale. An image of Uncle Samule encouraging one and all to vote the Mule Party, the mate to the Atlanta concert poster for a show a week earlier.
