Up for sale is a Creem magazine from May, 1985.  This issue features Jimmy Page/The Firm, U2, David Lee Roth, Sade and others.  It is unread.  I have had it stored for 37 years in an archival plastic bag.
Condition: Mint.  Exceptional condition for age.
