Up for sale is a Creem magazine from April, 1977.  This issue features Led Zeppelin, KISS, Kinks Springsteen, ZZ Top, Bruce Springsteen and others.  It is in near fine condition for a magazine 45 years old.  It is unread.  I have had it stored for 40+ years in an archival plastic bag.
Condition: Mint.  Top of spine is bumped (photo #4).  Exceptional condition for age.
