    Description

    You are bidding on 11.5" bronze maquette portrait of Beethoven on wood column base from K.K. KUNST ERZGIESSEREI foundry in Vienna. c. 1863-1891
    Foundry mark ("Wien") on sculpture. (bronze portrait 5" in height on 4" rectangle felt bottom base).
    The sculpture is modelled by Anton Fernkorn (1813-1878) and Leopold Heuberger which is in Heiligenstadt cemetery, Vienna.
    Very fine condition with no evident nicks in this rare over 100 year sculpture.
