RARE!!!
Program for a gala ballet evening at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, on June 20, 1982.  The proceeds were to benefit the Jacqueline Du Pre Research Fund, and the program was hosted by Dame MARGOT FONTEYN.
A number of international ballet stars and musicians participated in this one-time only performance, all of whom have photographs in the program with their bios and program notes of the pieces danced.
Additionally 11 of the dancers autographed the program; large signatures in purple ink.  These autographs are:
