Opera glasses were made by Le Maire of Paris.
They are enameled with three portraits on eyepieces and handle.
Handle folds to be compact.
This set of opera glasses comes in its original
worn velvet bag with cord.
The enameling is luminescent deep turquoise with
dark green vines and
applied gold flowers and gold details.
Portraits are painted on.
Magnificent pair of optics which still work.
Mother of pearl eyepieces.
Adjustable to fit the user's eye distance.
