Hay Trolley marked as seen. The Ney Mfg Co. Wheels all work well as do the pulleys and the rotational part. It locks in when it should and releases when activated. Neat old tool in great working condition. No extensive work done to it just sprayed with WD-40 that will dry leading to a natural not wet look that oils will create. Except for the bumps a fence post will work as a track. That's what the farmers would do back in those days just use what you have or can get. Neat old farm tool nearly 130 years old around about in quite good working and looking condition
