Large group of 8 vintage all original 1940's to 1960's Golden Age Of Opera operatic music program ephemera items. These are from the estate of Dorothy Crowthers who was the Editor-In-Chief Of The Baton magazine of The Institute Of Musical Art Of The Juilliard School Of Music. The eight items include one "Metropolitan Opera House, Season Of 1946 - 1947, Metropolitan Opera Association, Incorporated, Edward Johnson...General Manager" in very good complete condition with 2 autographs on the center page (Blanche Thebom). One "Metropolitan Opera House, Season Of 1947 - 1948, Metropolitan Opera Association, Incorporated, Edward Johnson...General Manager" in good complete condition with some use wear. One 24 page 1951 - 1952 "Metropolitan Opera, Season Of Nineteen Fifty-One - Nineteen Fifty-Two, Metropolitan Opera Association, Incorporated" in very good condition. One 36 page "Opera News, Published By The Metropolitan Opera Guild, Inc., Volume 20, Number 21, Price 20 Cents, March 26, 1956" in very good complete condition. One 36 page "Opera News, Published By The Metropolitan Opera Guild, Inc., Volume 20, Number 22, Price 20 Cents, April 2, 1956" in very good complete condition. One late 1950's/early 1960's larger 20 page "Moscow State Symphony in excellent condition. One 1949 four page program "United Nations First Anniversary Celebration Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights". One 5-page copy of a speech - "Radio Broadcast From The Metropolitan Opera House During Third Intermission On Saturday Afternoon, January 8, 1949".
