This is a GENUINE, original historic typed Western Union Telefax dated May 5, 1970 from Bobby Wallace of Capricorn Records in Macon, Georgia to Allman Brothers road manager Willie Perkins. The telefax simply requests that William contact the home office and was likely sent to Perkins' home. It measures approximately 6 1/2" by 4 1/2" and is in nice condition, especially for its age. Besides the yellow and brown typed "Sending Blank", you will also receive the larger carbon copy which was later provided as a confirmation receipt.
